Did you find phil? Also, Paul Wells totally gapped out on what Shawn Graham's name was the other day on his blog haha. Finally, hopefully now that he's premier he knows what the CST is...
I did find Phil. We went to the Young Liberals biennial. I believe there were more of Toby and Phil than YLs...
